Objective
To redesign the True Alliance Center website to better reflect its mission of empowering underserved communities through education, advocacy, and resource provision, ensuring it meets modern standards for usability and accessibility.
Problem Statement
True Alliance Center faced several challenges with its current website:

Outdated Design: The site did not reflect the professionalism and vibrancy of the organization’s mission.

Complex Navigation: Key resources and contact information were hard to find.

Lack of Mobile Optimization: The site was difficult to use on mobile devices, alienating a significant portion of its audience.

Limited Engagement Tools: The website lacked interactivity, such as event registrations and online resources.

Stakeholder Interviews: Collaborated with the TAC leadership team to identify core goals for the redesign.
